I feel between the months of February and April everyone in Southeast TN and North GA should just dress like NBA basketball players (I am talking about on the court)! Shorts and tank tops underneath, BUT we all leave the house in warm-ups! Yep – sweats! Think about it! It’s 30 degrees in the morning – 70 in the afternoon and 40 again at night. So at lunch you just rip off those Velcro warm ups and move on with your day! Yes sir – our weather is definitely confusing. You know what else can be confusing – buying a home! (See what I did there – I took two things that are not related at all and then brought them together in a crazy turn of events! I know – you are like – WOW! What kind of trickery is this? Can he pull this off?!)

There are deadlines – appraisals – inspections – counter offers – conditions – documents – meetings – etc! That is why it’s important to work with a team! A team that has your best interest in mind! If you know the weather may a little on the bizarre side in the morning you can take the necessary steps. You can dress accordingly – you can prepare your social media posts to complain or take the pictures that show the world how much you like nature – you can start the car and turn the heat on – then when it warms up you can cuss when you get back in the car that afternoon and you are 5 miles down the road till you finally realize it’s the seat warmers making you squirm. See…if you know it’s gonna be a challenge you can prepare.
